Born and raised in Bangladesh, Ben is the youngest of 5 Children. He studied at a private University in Bangladesh and started a call center career in 2007. He started as a call center executive and was promoted in 2008 as team leader and in 2010 he was promoted as Senior Operation manager and handled over 2500 executives and 150+ team leads. He also started a virtual call center business in 2011 and worked with Groupon, Living Social, Bell Canada, Snap Security, Handy, and many startups. Ben specializes in customer acquisition, Partner acquisition, Appointment scheduling, Customer support, Training, Team management. In 2018, he started his own startup and onboarded over 18K+ Customers and 500+ Service providers. Ben has an entrepreneurial mindset and loves to work on new challenges. He is results driven and very motivated. He has a wonderful family and his son is his lifeline. He enjoys his free time with his son and always wants to meet his demand. Ben also loves to work out and he is glad that he was able to make it a part of his life and all these were possible, because he is able to work with this amazing team. He believes his new role will help Luxury Fire Island Homes grow fast.
