A little bit about me...

Brett Brubaker studied Hotel and Restaurant Management, where he discovered his passion for hospitality, service, and attention to detail. After managing a private country club in Westchester, New York, Brett assisted with the opening of renowned restaurants such as Blue Fin, Sea Grill, and Brasserie 8½, while also managing corporate dining accounts across NYC. Later, as Executive Dining & Catering Manager for Condé Nast Publications, he focused on delivering impeccable dining experiences for the company’s top-tier publishers, editors, and esteemed clients.Brett’s journey took him to London, where he worked in book packaging and publishing and eventually became a dual citizen. Upon returning to New York, he served as a Property Manager at Seashore Condo Hotel in Ocean Bay Park, further refining his expertise in real estate and property management.With his deep-rooted passion for hospitality and service, Brett brings a keen eye for detail to property management and home sales, offering a unique perspective on the Fire Island property market.In his free time, Brett enjoys spending time on the Island and in Manhattan, engaging in community activities, reading, theater, music, travel, hiking, and exploring art.
